Although their technology and service rival the best, TradePMR’s marketing hadn’t kept pace. They needed a bold new direction, one that would elevate their presence and position them as a serious contender in the national fintech space.

Research & Discovery
We began with in-depth qualitative research, conducting interviews with TradePMR’s marketing, sales and executive teams—as well as RIAs, industry influencers, current clients and both prospective and former clients. This comprehensive discovery process helped us capture a clear “current state vs. ideal future” picture of TradePMR’s positioning from the perspective of its audiences.

Awareness-to-Action Campaign
Driving Engagement & Conversions in a Competitive Custodial Market
Our relationship with TradePMR began with an awareness campaign launched in 2020, which laid the groundwork for future brand development. The campaign evolved into a full website messaging and design engagement, creating a cohesive and consistent presence across platforms. Our work helped position TradePMR as a thought leader in financial services and establish credibility.
Digital Ads
We ran a multi-channel digital advertising campaign across Google Search, Facebook, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, email and organic channels. The goal was to drive qualified leads through form fills. Each ad series was built around core messaging themes like embracing change, the TradePMR story and helping RIAs stay ahead by diversifying portfolios. We used performance data to gain insight into what creative and copy resonated most, then used it to improve future campaigns.

CRM Integration & Training HubSpot Masters
We overhauled TradePMR’s website and digital experience to better attract and track leads. Then we trained them on HubSpot, empowering them to manage campaigns, automate emails and nurture relationships with full transparency and control.
Sales Calls
Our marketing funnel was designed to drive real-world action. With a CRM in place, TradePMR’s sales team was able to follow up with prospects and make notes of their interactions. They also nurtured the client decision-making process, keeping them engaged through digital and print touchpoints and armed with the right messaging.
